Currently we send a web ased link to candidates through multiple channels such as SMS, Whataspp and email. The candidate can open this web-based link and experience the entire process via the web based link. No App is needed to be downloaded.

How volume hiring is different?

On condcuting a Heirarchical and Cognitive task Analysis (HTA and CTA) on firms with varied number of hires per month, we found significant increase in Turnaround time for firms that typically hire more than 100 hires a month.
