Abstract

‘This concept paper seeks to formulate a comprehensive framework aimed at optimizing the new hire documentation and compliance procedures within organizational recruitment processes. The primary objectives are to enhance efficiency, eliminate errors, and ensure compliance, thereby facilitating the achievement of quality hiring outcomes at an accelerated pace and across a scalable operational landscape.
Through a meticulous examination of existing processes and contemporary technological interventions, this research endeavors to propose innovative strategies that align with the imperatives of contemporary human resource management.

Our challenge

In the present operational framework, HFS is in the process of recruiting an approximate monthly influx of 200 hires, comprising 150 Relationship Managers (RMs) and 50 non-RMs. Given the imminent expansion plans, these recruitment numbers are anticipated to escalate further. Each recruit, on average, necessitates the meticulous collection, examination, verification, and submission of around 25 documents, encompassing Government IDs, educational credentials, professional experience records, and obligatory statutory forms. This multifaceted documentation process is essential for adhering to both governmental and internal compliance standards, particularly in relation to accurate completion of statutory forms for timely salary processing and effective onboarding. nal landscape.
